EVENT SCHEDULE

Thursday, July 17, 2008

7:30am     Arrive at the track with parking provided in the paddock next to the Turn 4 Paddock Suites.

8:00am    Check-in at the Turn 4 Paddock Suites and enjoy a light breakfast of coffee, juice and pastries.

8:45am    Briefing provided on the day’s activities.

<Ride begins>(shuttle provided for those not on a motorcycle)
9:30am    Depart from the racetrack heading down Highway 1 toward Big Sur.
    10:30am     Arrive at Big Sur River Inn & Restaurant for a snack.
    11:30am     Depart location heading back to the track.
    12:30pm    Arrive back at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca Turn 4 Suite.

    1:00pm    Lunch provided in the Turn 4 Paddock Suite.

                -Goodie bags including race souvenirs and trinkets

2:00pm    Exclusive behind-the-scenes MotoGP paddock and pit lane tour.

3:30pm    Motorcycle parade laps of the circuit.
(car ride provided for those not on a motorcycle)

4:00pm    Randy Mamola hosts the LIVE AUCTION including Nicky Hayden-signed memorabilia, VIP passes to the Yamaha Party at the Monterey Bay Aquarium, VIP passes to the Legends of Laguna Seca induction party honoring Eddie Lawson and Kenny Roberts, Ducati-autographed merchandise, Bill Patterson Live Art demonstration and more…
            *Note: The Live Auction 4-6pm is free and open to the public.

    6:00pm    Day’s activities conclude and the auction ends.
